Hypothesis
Name the learning problem precisely — usually one the default course shape can’t solve.
The Innovation Lab is the public workshop of Learning Rewired Lab — where a learning hypothesis becomes a build you can actually run before it ever becomes a product. Explore the experiments for free. Some ship. Some become patterns. All of them are tested in the open.
How the lab works
Most learning ideas die as slide decks. Here they get built. Every experiment starts as a sharp question about how people actually learn or decide — then becomes a working prototype we test in the open, keep what holds, and turn into a reusable pattern.
Name the learning problem precisely — usually one the default course shape can’t solve.
Build a functioning version — often vibe-coded with AI — fast enough to learn from.
Run it as a learner, a designer, and a builder. Keep what holds up under real use.
What survives becomes a reusable method — feeding the Studio, the products, and COSMOS.
What this place is for
The Innovation Lab attracts curiosity — it's proof of how we think, not the main event. The Lab and Studio are where that curiosity turns into ongoing support, community, and real, structured work.
The experiments
An operational judgment simulator for practicing decisions under pressure, ambiguity, and competing priorities — feedback that coaches reasoning instead of grading recall.
A flat snack guide rebuilt as guided decision support — enter the group, budget, and constraints; it weighs the tradeoffs and returns a copy-ready plan. Proof a job aid can coach a decision, not just store one.
A mobile-first pattern that turns a short learning moment into swipeable cards — context, one decision, coaching feedback, reflection. Low-friction practice that’s easy to start and easy to finish.
A product-inspired practice loop — short prompt, quick choice, immediate coaching, visible progress, repeat. Borrows the pacing of modern apps without turning serious practice into a game.
The Lab’s experimental learning simulation — an immersive environment where mission, reinforcement, and support come together. The largest experiment the Innovation Lab feeds.
Got a learning problem the default course shape can’t solve? The next prototype in the lab could be yours. Bring the hypothesis — we’ll help build the test.
Start a conversation →Every experiment that survives the lab — judgment coaching, reinforcement, support at the moment of need — has a home in COSMOS: an immersive learning simulation built to test whether all of it works together, not in isolation.

These aren’t shipped products — they’re the open inquiries that shape what we prototype next. Each one already has published thinking and tools behind it.

Learning Rewired Lab
Run the live prototype, follow what’s in development, or bring a problem worth prototyping. Then take the momentum into The Lab, Studio, or Advisory.
