This Trademark Notice explains ownership and permitted use of Learning Rewired Lab names, logos, marks, product names, resource names, visual identity, and related brand elements.

1. Ownership of marks

Learning Rewired Lab™, the Learning Rewired Lab name, related logos, icons, marks, taglines, product names, resource names, visual systems, and brand elements are owned by Andy Campbell or Learning Rewired Lab unless otherwise stated.

These marks may be protected by trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, copyright, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. What this notice covers

This notice applies to names, marks, and brand elements associated with Learning Rewired Lab and its current or future ecosystem.

Covered brand elements may include:

  • The Learning Rewired Lab name and wordmark.
  • The Learning Rewired Lab logo, icon, and visual identity.
  • Resource Lab, Field Guides, Perspectives, Innovation Lab, Pro Lab, App, and related ecosystem names.
  • Names of tools, templates, frameworks, prototypes, field guides, pattern libraries, newsletters, and product concepts.
  • Distinctive page designs, resource structures, interface patterns, labels, naming systems, and visual treatments associated with the site.

3. Permitted references

You may refer to Learning Rewired Lab by name when accurately discussing, citing, linking to, reviewing, or referencing the site, resources, articles, or publicly available materials.

Permitted references may include:

  • Sharing a link to a Learning Rewired Lab page.
  • Referencing Learning Rewired Lab in an article, post, presentation, class, or discussion.
  • Crediting Learning Rewired Lab when adapting or discussing permitted resources.
  • Using the name in a factual, non-misleading way to identify the source of a resource or idea.

4. Prohibited brand use

You may not use Learning Rewired Lab names, marks, logos, icons, product names, or brand elements in a way that creates confusion, suggests endorsement, implies partnership, or misrepresents ownership.

You may not:

  • Use Learning Rewired Lab branding to suggest an official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or affiliation without written permission.
  • Use the Learning Rewired Lab logo, icon, or visual identity on your own product, service, course, community, website, resource library, template shop, or marketplace without permission.
  • Register domain names, social handles, app names, product names, business names, or trademarks that are confusingly similar to Learning Rewired Lab.
  • Modify, distort, recolor, recreate, or imitate Learning Rewired Lab brand assets in a misleading way.
  • Use Learning Rewired Lab marks in advertising, promotions, paid products, workshops, or commercial materials without permission.
  • Present Learning Rewired Lab resources, frameworks, product concepts, or visual systems as your own brand property.

5. No endorsement

Reference to Learning Rewired Lab does not mean that Learning Rewired Lab endorses, sponsors, approves, certifies, or is affiliated with your product, service, article, event, course, community, organization, or project.

If you want to describe a formal collaboration, partnership, sponsorship, license, or endorsement, you must have written permission first.

6. Resource and product names

Learning Rewired Lab may publish named resources, frameworks, field guides, prototypes, tools, pattern libraries, newsletters, product concepts, and future paid offerings.

These names may be part of the Learning Rewired Lab brand system. You may reference them accurately, but you may not use confusingly similar names for competing products, template libraries, marketplaces, communities, courses, tools, or branded resource systems.

7. Visual identity and trade dress

The Learning Rewired Lab site uses a distinctive visual system, including layout patterns, typography choices, resource structures, card treatments, page architecture, interface styling, and product-like navigation.

You may take inspiration from general design ideas, but you may not clone, copy, or substantially imitate the Learning Rewired Lab visual identity, site structure, product experience, or branded resource system in a way that causes confusion or misrepresents the source of the work.

8. Third-party trademarks

Learning Rewired Lab may reference third-party companies, products, platforms, tools, services, communities, software, or resources.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and brands belong to their respective owners. Reference to a third-party mark does not imply ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless clearly stated.

9. Permission requests

If you want to use Learning Rewired Lab logos, icons, screenshots, brand elements, product names, or marks in a way that is not clearly permitted by this notice, please request written permission first.

This includes use in paid products, public workshops, conference materials, books, courses, commercial presentations, marketplaces, partner materials, sponsorships, media kits, or promotional content.
