These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using Learning Rewired Lab, including the website, articles, resources, templates, tools, field guides, prototypes, downloads, and related materials.

These terms may apply to public pages, articles, Resource Lab materials, Field Guides, prototypes, downloads, tools, templates, code examples, community interactions, and any future products or services offered through Learning Rewired Lab.

2. Purpose of the site

Learning Rewired Lab provides educational, professional development, learning design, instructional design, learning systems, field guide, prototype, and resource content.

The site is intended to support learning designers, instructional designers, LXDs, enablement teams, trainers, educators, and related professionals who want to think more clearly about learning systems, performance support, feedback, workflow, behavior, AI-supported practice, and design decisions.

3. Educational information only

Content on Learning Rewired Lab is provided for general educational, informational, and professional development purposes.

It should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, mental health, compliance, employment, HR, accessibility certification, security, tax, business, or other specialized professional advice specific to your situation.

You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, testing, validating, and approving any resource, framework, template, code snippet, recommendation, prototype, or tool before using it in a real project.

4. Use of resources

Learning Rewired Lab resources may include Field Guides, Resource Lab patterns, templates, checklists, worksheets, code snippets, examples, prototypes, downloadable files, and other practical materials.

Use of these resources is subject to the Resource License unless a specific resource, download, product, or written agreement states otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Learning Rewired Lab content, writing, frameworks, visual systems, templates, designs, interaction patterns, field guides, downloads, prototypes, code structures, resource names, product concepts, and original materials are owned by Andy Campbell or Learning Rewired Lab.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, repackage, scrape, mirror, clone, or present substantial portions of the site or its materials as your own.

6. Permitted personal and professional use

You may use Learning Rewired Lab content and resources for personal learning, professional development, internal workplace use, portfolio practice, and adapted project work, provided you follow the Resource License and do not claim the original materials as your own.

You may share links to public Learning Rewired Lab pages, reference brief excerpts with attribution, and use resources as inspiration for your own custom work within the limits of the applicable license.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the site, resources, tools, downloads, prototypes, or related materials.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or resources for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or exploitative purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, performance, or availability of the site.
  • Copy or republish substantial portions of the site without permission.
  • Sell or redistribute Learning Rewired Lab resources as standalone products.
  • Use the resources to create a competing template library, resource marketplace, paid collection, or cloned product experience without permission.

  • Misrepresent your relationship with Learning Rewired Lab.
  • Use Learning Rewired Lab branding, logos, names, marks, or product names in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, ownership, or affiliation without written permission.
  • Scrape, bulk download, automate extraction, or systematically collect site materials for redistribution, resale, training datasets, or competing systems without permission.

8. Downloads, tools, and prototypes

Any downloadable files, code snippets, templates, tools, calculators, prototypes, or interactive resources are provided as-is. They may contain bugs, limitations, accessibility gaps, browser issues, incomplete behavior, or require adaptation for your specific context.

You are responsible for testing, validating, reviewing, and adapting all resources before using them in live projects, client work, workplace systems, learner-facing experiences, public products, or production environments.

9. Accessibility and implementation responsibility

Learning Rewired Lab may include accessibility suggestions, visual QA practices, inclusive design considerations, and interaction design notes.

These materials are not a substitute for accessibility expertise, formal audits, assistive technology testing, legal compliance review, or organizational approval.

10. AI-assisted content and tools

Some Learning Rewired Lab content, visuals, code examples, prototypes, tools, frameworks, or resources may be created, revised, organized, or refined with AI assistance.

AI-assisted materials may contain errors, incomplete information, outdated details, biased outputs, or statements that require verification. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-assisted output before relying on it.

11. Third-party links and services

Learning Rewired Lab may link to third-party websites, tools, platforms, articles, services, embedded content, payment providers, newsletter platforms, social media sites, communities, or other external resources.

Learning Rewired Lab is not responsible for third-party content, policies, practices, pricing, availability, accessibility, security, privacy, terms, customer support, billing, refunds, or product changes.

12. Accounts, memberships, or paid features

Learning Rewired Lab may add memberships, paid resources, premium tools, workshops, consulting services, merchandise, app features, subscriptions, community features, AI-enabled tools, or account-based access in the future.

Additional terms, product-specific policies, payment terms, refund rules, usage limits, or account requirements may apply to those products or services when they become available.

13. Payments and refunds

If paid products or services are added, payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and payment rules.

Refund, cancellation, access, subscription, or fulfillment policies may be provided separately for specific products or services.

14. Community and submissions

Learning Rewired Lab may invite comments, questions, feedback, examples, resource requests, submissions, or future community participation.

By submitting content, ideas, feedback, or suggestions, you confirm that you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, employment, client, platform, or legal obligations.

Submitting ideas or feedback does not guarantee compensation, publication, acceptance, credit, or use.

Outcomes depend on context, implementation quality, audience needs, organizational constraints, stakeholder support, technology, accessibility, testing, and many other factors outside Learning Rewired Lab’s control.

17. Site availability and changes

Learning Rewired Lab may update, remove, revise, expand, reorganize, or discontinue any page, resource, tool, download, product, service, or feature at any time.

The site may contain broken links, outdated information, technical issues, typographical errors, incomplete materials, or unavailable resources. Learning Rewired Lab does not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability.
