What should happen after I join?

Stripe handles the secure checkout. After payment, Stripe emails your receipt and redirects you to the Studio confirmation page, which explains the current access model and points you to what is available now.

Check your email for the Stripe receipt first. If you have the receipt, your payment likely processed even if the redirect did not behave politely. You can still open the confirmation page directly below.

Login status

Do I need a login right now?

No. The member login layer is being prepared. Right now Studio is in public preview, the Feedback Rewrite Studio sample tool is open, and founding members will receive updates as member tools, templates, downloads, exports, and saved-work features come online.

Where is my receipt? +

Stripe sends the payment receipt to the email address used during checkout. Check that inbox first, including promotions, updates, or spam folders if needed.

Do I get immediate locked member content? +

Not yet. Founding access supports the Studio product layer while member tools, templates, downloads, exports, and saved-work features are being built. The public preview and free sample tool are available now.

What if I used the wrong email at checkout? +

Keep your Stripe receipt if you received one. When the dedicated Studio support inbox is active, include the email address used at checkout and the email address you want associated with future Studio updates.

How do I contact Studio support today? +

A dedicated Studio support inbox is coming soon. For now, use the confirmation page, login status page, and public Studio preview for current next steps. If something urgent comes up before the support inbox is active, use the Learning Rewired LinkedIn page as the temporary contact path.
