Mission 02 · Systems Scan

Scan the system before you prescribe the solution.

Launch Briefing helped you diagnose the request. Now you need to inspect the environment where the behavior actually happens. Look for hidden friction, unclear expectations, weak feedback loops, and suspicious pig interference.

Mission briefing

The request was only the signal. The system is where the answer lives.

The stakeholder asked for manager feedback training. You diagnosed that the request might be valid, but incomplete. Now inspect the environment to find what is making better feedback hard in the actual flow of work.

Systems Scan Console

Inspect the environment.

Select hotspots on the scan map. Each hotspot reveals a possible force shaping manager behavior. Your goal is to separate training gaps from system gaps.

Decision sequence

Turn the scan into a recommendation.

Once you have inspected the environment, classify what kind of problem this really is and choose the strongest investigation plan.

Step 01

Classify the strongest blocker.

Step 02

Choose the investigation plan.

Debrief principle

Performance problems live in systems, not just in people.

A learner may know what good looks like and still fail in the workflow if the environment is unclear, unsupported, rushed, misaligned, or rewarded in the wrong direction. Better learning design starts by scanning those conditions.
